Australia Leadership Load Survey 2026
A national research initiative examining how responsibility, authority, decision pressure, organisational dependency and leadership support are changing across Australian workplaces.
If you carry formal or informal leadership responsibility, your experience can help build the evidence base. Participation is anonymous and takes approximately five minutes.
What the survey explores
The research looks beyond individual resilience to examine how organisational responsibility and decision-making are actually distributed.
Add your experience
The survey takes approximately five minutes and does not require you to identify yourself.
Who should participate
Executives, senior leaders, middle managers, team leaders, supervisors, business owners, governance roles, project leads, senior specialists and people carrying significant informal responsibility are all relevant to the study.
Why this research matters
Responsibility can increase faster than authority and support. Decisions can travel upward, key-person dependency can deepen, and capable people can become the point through which too much of the organisation must move. The Australia Leadership Load Survey 2026 is building evidence about those organisational conditions.
